How can I participate in the "MAHOU - The Ultimate Real Madrid Experience 2025" campaign?
To take part in the promotion, buy any promotional pack (4-,  or 12-pack of Mahou beer) of Mahou at participating retailers in the UK during the period from 01.08.2025 to 31.12.2025 at the latest.
Scan the QR code on your pack or visit the microsite https://www.mahou-realmadrid-experience.co.uk/ and create an account by 31.01.2026, at 23:59 PM at the latest. For the account creation the following data needs to be provided:

First name
Last name
Valid email address
Password
Consent to terms & conditions of the promotion
Consent to participate in the final prize draw (optional)
How can I register for “The Ultimate Real Madrid Experience 2025” promotion?
In order to register for the promotion you need to create an account on the promotion website as described above. All mandatory fields must be filled in completely and correctly. Incorrect information of any kind, such as an incorrect e-mail address, will result in not receiving your access code and your participation will be invalid.

Once the account is confirmed via double opt-in, you can upload your purchase receipt, which clearly shows the purchase of 4-, 10- or 12-packs of Mahou beer during the promotional period until 31.12.2025, at 23:59 PM.

To access your account again and upload further receipts, you can log in at any time via the login window on the homepage of this website using your e-mail address and password.

For each valid receipt, uploaded until 31.01.2026 at 23:59 PM, you receive £20/£60 worth of credit for hotel bookings in Madrid on the Travel Credits powered by Expedia platform, up to a maximum credit of £240. Each receipt can only be uploaded once.
I have forgotten the password for my account, what can I do?
In the login window on the homepage of this website you will find the link "Forgot your password?". Click on the link and enter your registered e-mail address. You will then receive an e-mail to recover your password.
Don't forget to check your spam folder if you can't find the password recovery email in your inbox.

How can I collect Travel Credits?
Within your personal account, you can register the receipt of the Mahou packs.
It is possible to upload multiple receipts. With each uploaded receipt, you will receive £20/£60 Travel Credits, which you can collect and access as you wish via your account. You can collect a maximum of £240 Travel Credits.
How can I redeem my collected Travel Credits?
Once you have reached the desired balance of Travel Credits (at least £20), you can request your personal access code for the Travel Credits hotel booking platform directly via your account.

This will be sent to you by email, together with a PIN code. Both codes must be entered in the log-in window of the Travel Credits booking platform (access code = username; PIN code = password) so that you can access the hotel offers. Your credit (min. £20, max. £240) is automatically stored on the access code and is activated after logging in to Travel Credits.

Your collected credit can be used for several bookings until the entire credit has been used up. For each booking, a maximum of 20% of the total booking value will be deducted from the credit balance.

To complete the booking, you must pay the remaining amount at checkout.
How long can I redeem my Travel Credits for?
The Travel Credits you have collected can be redeemed on the Travel Credits booking platform until 31.03.2026 at the latest. Unused credits expire after this date.
My access data for Travel Credits is not recognized. What can I do?
First make sure that you have entered your codes correctly. Please pay attention to upper and lower case.
The access code must be entered in the "Username" field and the PIN code in the "Password" field.

How can I take part in the prize draw?
To take part in the final prize draw for the 3-night trip to Madrid in April 2026 for 2 people, including flights, accommodation, meals, and 2x tickets to a Real Madrid match, you must give your consent by opting in when registering. The draw for the main prize will take place among all participants who have given their consent. A total of (1) one main prizes will be drawn. The trip will take place in April 2026.
How do I find out if I have won?
The winner will be notified by e-mail within 5 working days after the draw in February 2026 and must confirm acceptance of the prize within 48 hours. Non-response within 14 days may lead to disqualification. In the next step, the travel agency and/or AB InBev UK Limited will contact the winner to obtain all the necessary information for the trip. The trip will take place in April 2026.
